I love Jesus more than anything!
On this earth, I am most delighted to be wife to Gray and mom to my five kids.
I have lived and served overseas for more than 15 years in a few different places with a couple of different organizations.
I love fitness, and am passionate about using it as a tool to share the Gospel and help women walk obediently in the freedom they have been given.
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPC), and I love helping people be healthy & well. I also love sharing resources about mental health and wellness.
I love encouraging others and cheering them on. I also love sharing life lessons and good resources. I hope you might find a little bit of both here!
God wants to be preeminent in all areas of our lives including the areas of fitness and nutrition! At Fitness for the Field, we love sharing this message with others and reminding ourselves and those around us of the holy and eternal purposes of our fitness pursuits! Fitness for the Field uses fitness as a tool to engage our neighbors, encourage our workers, and empower our supporters.

One of the biggest ways I learn and grow is by gleaning from others. I love when people share their lives, their passions, what they are learning, and their favorite resources.
